Whether the goal is adventure, photography, solitude or simply the joy of riding, this planned route brings together the very best of the Sierra Nevada on two wheels.
These flights are the recommended travel plan for riders traveling with the group from Orlando. Riders joining from another city may arrange their own flights but must follow the Los Angeles meeting and Las Vegas return requirements below.
Delta Air Lines DL484 · MCO 6:10 a.m. to LAX 8:17 a.m.
Southwest Airlines WN2204 · LAS 10:50 p.m. to MCO 6:20 a.m. the following day
Airline and rental confirmation codes are intentionally omitted.
A known rider joining from outside the Orlando group may arrange independent travel but must meet the group at EagleRider Los Angeles for the scheduled 9:00 a.m. motorcycle pickup on Thursday, September 10, 2026.
The rider must arrange transportation to EagleRider Los Angeles and confirm a one-way motorcycle rental from EagleRider Los Angeles to EagleRider Las Vegas in advance. Arriving in Los Angeles the previous evening is strongly recommended because the group will leave the area shortly after collecting the motorcycles. The itinerary cannot be delayed for a late flight, baggage problem or missed connection.
The motorcycle must be returned to EagleRider Las Vegas by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, September 14. The joining rider may arrange independent travel home from Las Vegas.
A five-day journey of this type is expected to cost approximately $2,200–$2,500 per rider with shared accommodations, or $2,650–$3,000 with private accommodations.
The estimate includes motorcycle rental, standard rental protection, one-way rental fees and four hotel nights. Airfare, fuel, meals, park admission, optional upgrades and personal expenses are not included.
Final costs depend on motorcycle selection, room arrangements, rental protection and rates available when reservations are made.
California Sierra Legends is a private, invitation-only journey. This estimate is provided as a planning reference, not as a publicly offered tour price.
